George is incredibly thorough, kind, and genuinely brings the human factor into a naturally stressful process. Throughout the whole time, George was patient, understanding, and made sure I was getting the best percentage and maintained constant communication. We have had the opportunity to work with George on four home loans. This 4th home loan proved to test George and our patients.
As we navigated through this mortgage loan we came across several obstacles. These challenges tested everyone in the process. We thought a few times of throwing are hands up and just giving up. After this process and the great outcome we had gotten, I can honestly say working with George and his team you will get Dedication, Heart and a can do attitude. When it comes to true loyalty you will get no one better than George because he is very Loyal.

I had tried multiple companies before Fidelis Lending Solutions and all denied me faster than I could blink my eyes. From the very start, George and Travis treated me as a person and not a slam-dunk file that could get pushed through as fast as possible. After I reached out I was hit with a federal collection that needed to be paid off before proceeding with the loan process. The entire time Geoarge made sure to keep in contact to stay up to date with the information. He also answered any and all of the ridiculous questions I had. After I paid my debt it took another two months for it to be off of my credit finally. Once it was off my credit the team hit the ground running. They were honest and very helpful with the whole process. I had some serious dings to my credit due to unfortunate circumstances in my career. They asked what happened and did not automatically assume I was someone that just opened lines of credit to not pay them. Working around the holidays and sometimes answering questions during Christmas and New Year they were able to get me pre-qualified with a middle credit score of around 570. They helped me with the countless requests of the under-writer and were always able to point me in the right direction and to make sure that I always saw the light at the end of the tunnel. What seemed like a hectic process due to a time crunch George and Travis went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of as their client and that I would be able to close before my lease at my current house was up. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and for not just looking at me as if I were a file that would be bound to be denied.
